Up early, I had a staff meeting to go to this morning.
Then I was off to the grocery store...
I had a nasty headache last night. I really am trying to work out all of the imbalances. I know that my posture needs help in a big way!
My workout today consisted of foam rolling, stretching with stability ball and the TRX.
Of course, I cant resist picking up a kettlebell so I threw in a few farmers holds (with the 20lbs kbs) and then did a few overhead farmers walks (w/ 15lbs kbs).
Then I added some swings with the 12kg (about 60) & then 3 R/L alternating long cycle cleans w/ the 16kg.
Oh yeah, and 2 R/L alternating long cycle snatches w/ 16kg - because I could.
Tomorrow I have a long day, working both jobs.
Friday I will sleep in a bit and then work on ironing out the kinks...
